Uber Arbitration Case Interest Form
Instructions
On or about October 2016, Uber had a massive breach of personal information belonging to customers and Uber drivers. When a class action was filed against Uber for the breach, Uber opted to hide behind its arbitration clause to avoid liability. However, your personal information may have been mishandled or lost by Uber, and if you had an active Uber account in October of 2016, you likely have a claim.
