Overview And Experience
Since joining Klein & Sheridan, LC in 2016, Megan has represented hundreds of clients through Chapter 7 and Chapter 13 bankruptcies. Megan will likely be the first person that you meet with in our office and she will be ready to walk you through the pros and cons of filing bankruptcy and answer all of your burning bankruptcy questions.
Megan’s practice also focuses on creditor harassment, Fair Credit Reporting Act, and mortgage loan litigation.
She was born and raised in Huntington, West Virginia. She graduated magna cum laude from Marshall University with Bachelor of Business Administration in Finance and Economics and went on to earn her Juris Doctor from the West Virginia University College of Law in 2014.
Megan is a member of the West Virginia Association for Justice, a member of the West Virginia State Bar and is admitted to practice in the Southern District of West Virginia.
