Overview And Experience
Megan has been a part of Klein & Sheridan, LC since 2016. She has helped numerous clients navigate through Chapter 7 and Chapter 13 bankruptcies. When you visit our office, she'll be the first person you meet. She will guide you through the advantages and disadvantages of filing for bankruptcy and answer any questions you may have. In addition to bankruptcy, Megan specializes in dealing with creditor harassment, Fair Credit Reporting Act, and mortgage loan litigation.
Megan is originally from Huntington, West Virginia, where she grew up. She graduated magna cum laude from Marshall University, with a Bachelor of Business Administration in Finance and Economics. Later, she earned her Juris Doctor from the West Virginia University College of Law in 2014. Megan is a member of the West Virginia State Bar and the West Virginia Association for Justice. She is also admitted to practice in the Southern District of West Virginia.
