Our $0 down program is designed for clients who need Chapter 13 relief but are not facing foreclosure in the next 30 days. It is also for those whose income tests show they have nothing left to spend after paying their bills. This program is suitable for most of our clients.

It is important to note that $0 down does not mean free. Chapter 13 bankruptcy is a repayment plan bankruptcy, and you will have to make a Chapter 13 plan payment during the bankruptcy. This payment will include attorney's fees built into the plan. However, you will not have to pay any fees or costs to get started.

It's worth noting that this program is not for everyone. Some clients may be better off with a Chapter 7 bankruptcy, and our Chapter 7 rates are some of the lowest in the region. Additionally, some of our clients are being threatened, harassed, or having their rights violated, and they may not have to pay anything for their bankruptcy if they need one at all.

This program is also not for individuals who have a previously dismissed Chapter 13 in the past two years.
