About Megan
Megan Patrick has been part of Klein & Sheridan since 2016. She has represented hundreds of clients through Chapter 7 and Chapter 13 bankruptcies and has extensive experience helping people navigate the bankruptcy process from the first consultation through discharge.
Megan is often the first person clients meet in the office. She walks them through the advantages and disadvantages of filing bankruptcy, answers practical questions clearly, and makes sure they understand what to expect at each stage. Her practice also includes creditor harassment, Fair Credit Reporting Act matters, and mortgage loan litigation.
Megan was born and raised in Huntington, West Virginia. She graduated magna cum laude from Marshall University with a Bachelor of Business Administration in Finance and Economics, then earned her Juris Doctor from the West Virginia University College of Law in 2014.
She is a member of the West Virginia State Bar and the West Virginia Association for Justice, and she is admitted to practice in the Southern District of West Virginia. Clients consistently rely on her for a calm, practical approach to difficult financial problems.
